  • When is Reverb Training Experience?

    RTX is an 18-week intensive offered twice a year, with a Spring season running January through June and a Fall season running August through December.

  • Who is the ideal candidate?

    The ideal candidate would be 18-30 years of age with a draw towards full time ministry, though all applicants will be considered regardless of age. The applicant should be someone seeking to come alongside the movement of Reverb Church and who is already leading in the local Church while desiring to grow in their leadership.

  • What is the expected weekly schedule?

    This is considered a full-time program. A typical week will be 9A-4P Monday-Thursday. Friday & Saturdays are days off. Sunday will include serving within various teams during the Sunday Experiences. Some evenings and Saturdays may be required for ministry and outreach opportunities.

  • What type of development and mentoring can I expect?

    An RTX student will be developed and mentored by the leadership of Reverb Church & many world class leaders in the program. Each student will be assigned to a specific department and have a specific mentor for their development.

  • Is this a paid position?

    If legally permitted to work in the United States, RTX participants will receive a weekly stipend of $400 per week and supplied a 1099 form for year-end tax purposes.

  • Where will I live?

    Participants are responsible for securing their own housing. However, we may assist in the process of finding host homes if the need presents itself.

  • Can I get a job while a part of Reverb Training Experience?

    RTX is a demanding program requiring full time hours and focus (40-45 hrs.) Exceptions might be made for off days/nights if approved in advance during your interview and by your supervisor.

  • Will I be considered "on staff" at Reverb?

    Participants will serve alongside staff and work within the departments of Reverb Church but are considered RTX students, not "staff."

  • I'm married. Is my spouse part of the program and supposed to come to St. Augustine as well?

    Ministry is a family commitment and although the spouse is not a part of RTX, their support and sacrifice are essential to the success of the participant.

  • Do I need a car?

    Each RTX participant must have their own means of transportation.

  • Do I need a laptop?

    Each participant must have a laptop to use during the duration of the program. One will not be provided for you.

  • Is financial assistance available?

    Participants will need to provide for their relocation costs and ongoing expenses during the program.

  • I'm applying from another country, what do I need to do?

    It is up to each applicant to secure the appropriate Visas, passports and other necessary documentation prior to applying.
